Sermon Text: 1 Timothy 5:1-2
Sermon Purpose: To call the hearer to practice godly family relationships in the household of God.
Sermon Proposition: Paul gives 5 ways to confront sin in a spiritual family.
1 Do not rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers, 2 older women as mothers, younger women as sisters, with all purity. 1 Timothy 5:1-2 (NKJV)

Humility confronts a father with affection.
Humility confronts a father with respect.
Humility confronts a father with honor.
Humility appreciates the idea of a father.
Humility appreciates the opinions of a father.
Humility appreciates the council of a father.

Humility confronts a brother with consideration.
